Aren't gel packs meant to stay unfrozen?

Aren't gel packs meant to stay unfrozen? The purpose is to shape the gel pack around an injury, but if it’s completely frozen, it’s not very helpful. It makes application more difficult.

I just wish it came in a larger size, wider

This item is quite heavy because of its durability. However, I wouldn't want it any different. I am satisfied with the product and its price, but I do wish it was available in a bigger, wider size since I plan on using it after my knee replacement surgery.

Excellent Ice Gel Packs

I rate these ice packs with 4 stars because when I remove them from the freezer, they are a little too rigid. I have to massage them for a moment to make them flexible enough for my needs. Once they become slightly softer, I can shape them around my knee for a perfect fit. They maintain their coldness for the duration I require, which is usually between 10 to 20 minutes. The gel remains securely in place within the pack, so I don't have any complaints about the initial stiffness. The size of the pack is ideal. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it. I find it particularly useful for aiding in the healing process of my knee after surgery.

Flexibility remains even when frozen

I've found these to be excellent for relieving my back pain. Even after being in the freezer for extended periods, they retain their flexibility and can easily mold to the contours of your body. They also stay cold for a significant amount of time. Plus, having two of them allows you to switch to the other one if the first one thaws out. In my opinion, they offer great value for the price, and they're also a convenient size.

Edges are too sharp and not suitable for arthroscopic surgery!

I underwent arthroscopic surgery recently. Unfortunately, this product has sharp edges that are not ideal for my needs. Additionally, it is too large and heavy to comfortably use on my shoulder. I had to wrap it with a light tea towel to protect myself from the sharp edges. Eventually, I had to buy a smaller size with softer edges. In my opinion, this product may be more suitable for knee or back areas. I am disappointed with this product.
